Foi divulgada hoje a lista de indicações ao Emmy Awards 2011. Melissa McCarthy (Mike & Molly) e Joshua Jackson (Fringe) revelaram os indicados ao 63ª Primetime Emmy Awards. Na lista algumas surpresas e decepções. Glee continua concorrendo nas premiações por melhor comédia, já que não tem uma categoria “Melhor Musical”. Entre as séries, Mad Men teve 19 indicações e Boardwalk Empire veio na sequência com 18. Modern Family também fez bonito e teve 17 indicações.
As séries de drama que acompanho assiduamente não figuraram entre as indicadas a melhor drama, mas compreendo. House e Grey’s Anatomy decaíram bastante. Mas é claro que Hugh Laurie está concorrendo a melhor ator, pela cena do penúltimo episódio da 7ª temporada eu daria é o Oscar pro Hugh!! Agora a minha série de comédia favorita, desde Friends, Modern Family veio com tudo, mas me pergunto, todos os atores de Modern são coadjuvantes? Todos da lista concorrem em tal categoria. Uma surpresa das mais inesperadas foi Matt LeBlanc, o eterno Joey de Friends, na lista de melhor ator de comédia por Episodes, interpretando uma versão de si mesmo ele fez bonito, mas na série daria o prêmio ao inglês Stephen Mangan (acho que minha implicância com o sotaque britânico foi-se de vez).
A cerimônia de entrega será realizada no teatro Nokia de Los Angeles, no dia 18 de setembro.
De resto, não posso opinar muito, deixo a lista para que vocês comemorem, reclamem...
